It was simple, rusty and reliable. 2.5 diesel. non assisted steering. loved it.
My 110 tdi was a luxury vehicle compared to his :-)

That's what it is. I was considering importing it from the U.K. back in '05. Took a bunch of pics, will post 'em up over the next little while.

One of the biggest regrets of my life (having decided that it just wasn't worth the cost of getting that thing here), was not buying an ex MOD 90 that was for sale in Quebec about a year later, for such a reasonable price. I don't know why I didn't jump at it. Idiot!

Scanned some old slides the other day, ran across these LR pics from a Colorado Solihull Society Rally in Ouray a while ago... Can't remember the year, guessing it was 1996 or 1997?

The red Disco was mine. A couple of nice D110's, D90's, Series vehicles, and of course Rangies and Discos.

I doubt I have any more of the red 110 I saw at Silverstone, but I'll check for you. I have lots of the ex MOD 90 though - bear with me. Also have a couple of others you might be interested in...
