Bad-ass mo-fo's right here.

Sounds like he lost the clutch ! ! ! Racing in that deep of sand takes it's toll on bikes and riders.

I agree! I'm sharing this with everyone. We all need to be stewards of the land we love to ride. Or it will be gone.

If you have the merest clue of gravity & bike dynamics it's like watching Aliens walk among us.

Can you ride a VSTROM 1000 across a creek? Why yes you can. ;) Video

Been riding my entire life. (46) My most recent purchase was a very cool VSTROM 1000 adventure touring bike. I decided to test the "adventure" part.

It's winter time here in the Fine state of Kentucky and I am going freaking ape nuts sitting around inside. So I got my buddy to fire up his KLR and we found ourselves in some deep mud. I had just installed a pair of Shinko 705s. I would have preferred a for real knobby tire for this crossing.

Check it out and I hope you enjoy the winter entertainment. I can't wait till Spring time arrives. Looking forward to putting a few miles on this bike.

Rila Mountains (Bulgaria) | BMW F650GS Dakar

August 2013, crossing the Rila mountain range from Granchar lake to Beli Iskar lake. The track over the mountains is actually closed (water protection area) and there is police on the Beli Iskar side. Once you reach the "полиция" house you can consider yourself as being under arrest!

Excellent video, a little on the long side but it appeared as if you were trying to make it a short video. It looked like you were going really fast for the conditions. Did they confiscate you motorcycle as well?
