It looks a fuckin lot like my electric shaver.

Wow...Where do I begin?

I'm a n00b but I think you guys will enjoy this.

I started transporting cars after my body was too beat up to race motocross for a living (actually, I still race! http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=492611)

After a short while I got hooked up with some Porsche guys. One of them bought me an enclosed trailer to deliver his 906. When you pay that much for a car, what's spending another $6500 to transport it 1000 miles!

I have had the pleasure to deliver some of the most famous, most expensive cars on the planet! I read where someone was going to watch Le Mans again. Well, here is Steve McQueen's (personal) Porsche which was featured in the movie. It's the one in front for those who don't recognize it.

Here was a 5 million dollar load which I towed for 3500 miles.

Some other cars. This is an example of a 'normal' car that I haul!

continued...

...

Some more bathtubs

Monte Shelton's 962

This car probably won't qualify for the "cash for clunkers" program!

There is one more car that I haven't shown a picture of yet. What do you think it is?

It's expensive! It quite possibly is worth more than all of the other cars I have shown...combined!

I was racing this car in the Rolex Series for a little bit.

Hopefully, I'll be racing this in 2010.

I know. He was telling me about this "great deal" he was going to check out on a $3500 944 with over $6000 worth of work in the past year.

It's clear he has some kind of problem here. We may have to stage some kind of intervention.

Although I can hardly point fingers, I get equally giddy over Subarus.

My dads the org. owner of a 1965 356SC convertable, bought it when we lived in South Lake Tahoe.

Still drives it a few times a week. Could use paint and some interior work.

I'll get some pics next time I go visit. I think it needs to be driven to Monterey for the vintage weekend comming up.

Now if he had only kept the 1964 SS Impalia drop top with a 4 speed.

My business partner has a 996 Twin Turbo. It is nicely sorted out, and modded. Last time I drove it it was making about 600hp at the motor. It is without a doubt the fastest thing I've even been in, on, or driven.

He is big into track days and has telemetry data indicating 0-100mph-0 in 9.x seconds. The accelleration is simply something you can't imagine, you have to experience it or there is no comparison. Maybe a Gixxer 1000 or similar bike....

Truly an amazing ride. I love them, just can't see owning one to putt around on the street.
