CDI for TL250
Lobo50,
Just an old XL250 with CDI. You may have to grind a little on the points cover so that it will clear the tank. The cover sticks out further but matches up just fine. I found a photo of the left side of the bike so you can see how the cover sticks out. KTM

KTM, who did your seat? Mine is in serious need and I'd like to keep the stock pan.

Okay we are talking 1970's Kokak Instamatic photos scanned some 30+ years later here but what the heck.
Me on my RL250. One of the first in New Zealand and when it was new probably the only street legal one in the world. We put lights and a speedo on it and got it registered (didn't need indicators and that rubbish then). ![]() ![]() Notice the bash plate made from plastic rear mudguard - very trick then! ![]() Traded the RL on a TL175 and the girlfriend learnt to ride on it ![]() but she never was much of a photographer. This is an actual Trials event. ![]() ![]() and my young brother who was 12 or 13 at the time learnt to ride on it as well ![]() As we were using the Trials bikes more often as Trail bikes and Suzuki and Yamaha had started introducing Enduro weapons (IT's and PE's) the Trials bikes were follwed by a succession of those things. Must get around to looking for another one I think. |
