A PBR for the first one who knows what this is for (Don't say "to pour stuff through- a specific early-automotive use.)

It's a hat for early UFO believers before tinfoil was invented.

Cap-dabblery!

When some Johnny lunchpail needs to emlubrigate whatever doobob or spamflamterix catches his eye, be it the velocitator, decceleratrix or camtrola, he simply enmeanders the inferior orifice of the above illustrated geegaw within said fissure and, before you can say "brassafrax", Eddie punchclock has solved his introubulation!

it's for filling the ink reservoir on the seismic attenuator recording stylus.

or,,you could trickle carbide crystals into an old carbide lamp.

No, that is what the plastic ones are for.

Hearing Aid? Aka "Tin Ear" . Pre Harbor Freight...before a proper mechanics stethoscope was affordable for common folk.

Well, I guess if peterman is too young to know the answer, I might as well tell.

That funnel is one of those things that has Always Been Around. You all have a few of those things, right?

I found out it's original use about 35 years ago, when my dad told me his neighbor had been over, and Dad had showed it to him and said, "I bet you don't know what this is for." Without hesitation the neighbor said, "It's to prime the vacuum tank on a Model T Ford."

That must have pleased Dad, because he actually smiled when he told me the story.
