Sod Buster, Great pictures of the Mushroom Rock State Park, it is a small park for sure, but it looks as if it has been very well done. Including the photos from the past sure makes it a lot more interesting.
Well done, thank you. |

![]() That is one extremely accurate road sign. Was checking out the Calamus Reservoir area on the way home from Utah WSBK. Nice area. Great pictures all.

I've been following this thread closely and I'm amazed by the photo quality. The landscapes are beautiful, but the photography by Sodbuster, Dusty, Buffalo Bill and the rest are spectacular. You guys get such amazing detail, even on the web!
I wish I had a thimble-full of your knowledge and skilll (and equipment). Care to share a few secrets? Thanks!

Dusty, those are awesome!
OldCoot, i really do not feel like i do anything special as far as my pictures go, i do love the places that i ride in Kansas, and maybe that shows a little. Most of my pics are along the old trails of the Old West and the towns of the Wild West that were in my area of the Great Plains, i try to take pictures in the places that still have some of that Old West alive in them, the places where that history happened, and to a degree the shadows of that past are still there to be found. Thanks!

Thanks, thats funny to me cause i am not even close to the league those mentioned, i just get lucky every now and then. I wish i knew more because i take a lot of photos with my P&S... I found the auto bracket setting and have been pulling the one i like from that. I tried playing with the first photo on that last run with Photomatix Pro, but i don't fully understand it. This is one i messed with also...
