very much subscribed! has been a great read so far

I'm planning on heading down to mexico for a month later this year, I'm wondering what your advice is. At this point it is looking like I could either spend September or October riding down the baja, over to the mainland, and eventually back up to the states.

As you have very recent firsthand experience, I'm wondering what you think: Is september way too hot? is october a lot cooler?

I hope to go down via the pacific coast which is nice mostly year round, but at the end of whichever month I go I hope to return through inland states - las vegas, utah, idaho.. I'm worried if I aim for cooler mexico temps by going in october I'll get too much snow and ice in late october on my return. Dealing with a bit of heat in mexico in september might be a better plan?

Let me know what you think, much appreciated! keep on having fun. I am finding each country you post about ends up added to my mental list of places I have to ride to someday

Having put Vinny up at my house a few times, ridden Copper Canyon, Baja and two sections of the crashmaster's current adventure with him, I will admit he has a certain charm about him, although Carmen, my Bassweenie, is still sniffing around looking for Vinny's feet.... a most unusual blend of dead flesh and low tide scent. The Vinnster photographs well and like most Hollywood icons, in person - you can not tell in his excellent photographs - but he is actually a hair taller than Gary Coleman (RIP), hung like a mosquito and the hair plugs, ugh.

On a postive note: you F@#^@!ing creep, looks like a great ride. I have go wash the windows and pick up the dog crap. Whaaa..

On no, Vinny is going to shit chihuahuas when he see this thread jack. Wiener dogs are just plain funny - almost as funny as Vinny jacked up on rum with a broken toe at Alphonsian's. Look at us, burly adv riders with wiener dogs, what has the world come to? Awesome dogs, pouches gracias for the post.

Yeah, I stopped by for a couple days a few weeks ago.

And today Al and I got to chase crazy Colombians on supermotos all over the country. I nearly got killed only 4 times.

Good ride today.

This place is supermoto heaven for sure.............
