Porompompero, where did you find those headers, I see that all three of your bikes are RD07's do you know if they will fit/make any for the RD04 and how much were they if you don't mind me asking. By the way you have some very beautiful bikes there, great job, hope that you can do a build report on the third one so we can all drool while we wait for the next installments.

Dennis, thanks for your input, I am not sure about the pine sol in Thailand but I do still have a couple a gallons of simple green left that I managed to scrounge when I was still in the Corps.

That was a nice one. Didnt understand a word, but the pics said it all ;-)

My engine is in pieces now, and Im just waiting for the new shaft. Shoud arrive in Oslo yesterday (from Belgium). I hope and pray Ill get it tomorrow...

But now we found out that my friend have the same problem. He just ordered his shaft yesterday, hopefully getting it next thursday.
A second friend of mine with a GS1200 found out that he has to change the bearings in his cardan-drive, so he had to get it to the shop in a hurry, bacause the three of us are supposed to leave for the alps on the 23rd of june, less than two weeks...

3 guys with 3 broken bikes, leaving for the alps in 13 days... hehehe
Wish us luck, we need it!!

Nope,

Outbid in the last 10 sec. or so......sigh......that's eBay

There were, however, 7 bids.

And no communication here. Maybe there are more ATs around than we think. Or maybe there are more snipin' eBay lurkers than we think.

Something elso always comes up and I need a rear tire anyway.
