Hi.
I believe some of the inmates here have the Ricor intiminators installed. I've had that job done (along with general front maintenance -- that's why I didn't do it myself). And now the front clunks.
It does it even with very slight pressure, I compress the (single leg) with like 10kg small weight and when it's just about coming back up, it clunks. So I took the emulator out, and without oil and just the spring and spacer, it's just like it was, soft and smooth movement front and backwards.

It does it with both 10W and 5W oil. I've aired the leg quite well (well, imo). Both legs (ie. both intiminators) seem to do this. The other one is out, the other is in place.
Intiminator is installed wide part down, then the long (afaiks original) spring, then the wide plate (bushing?) and on top of that Ricor supplied spacer-tube.

Thoughts?

No, it is a Kevlar 07 front fender.
But probably I will change it. My idea is to do something similar to original nxr.

Very Nice Enrique! I like the paint job! Looks like you have done a lot of work on her!
I've got an RD03 as well and am currently undertaking a complete restoration.

The 6th Africa Twin meeting in Romania took place in Nadrag. We had a real good time and we proven once again that AT is a real adventure bike.

Fuel ON turn full counter clockwise....Fuel RESERVE full clockwise...horizontal is fuel OFF.

Just remember when driving turning it FORWARD is FULL gas and REARWARD is RESERVE gas.

Got the twin back today after full service, new battery, valve cover seals, stahlflex brake lines and regulator. Drives like new, with 97k!
