i agree with GSPD , i think we should have another get together. we need to make it central .
i hear IDAHO, MONTANA have excellent riding, both road and onffroad.
i don't get a lot of time off work,so it needs to be doable between 7 to 10 days.

I'LL GLADLY HOST IT AT MY CAMP ( CABIN ) IN THUNDER BAY. I'LL PROVIDE ALL FOOD AND BEER. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PICK A TIME AND SHOW UP.

i know it's too far from the OREGON, CALIFORNIA crew.

let's pick a spot and see how much interest there is.

It would certainly take some planning, time and money...and I'd have to renew my passport....but it sounds plausible.

africa twin meet

if any or all you guys are willing to travel this far IT WOULD BE MY HONOR TO HOST YOU.
I have hosted 3 rallies before at my camp. ( mostly drinking ,social events with very little riding)
we can sleep about 10 guys inside, this includes couches and some mattresses on the floor. camping is unlimited. we have a full washroom ( no outhouse ) a sauna, nice beach. i'll take care of all the food and drink.

YOU WOULD NEED TO BRING A BOTTLE OF GOOD TEQUILA FOR THE EVENT.

WE HAVE MORE DIRT ,LOGGING ROADS THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE. lot's of short or long day trips.

no night riding , night is for drinking and socializing.

if you go to the canada regional forum and search " northern ontario rally" it will give you a good idea of what camp is like

i'll even supply my extra AFRICA TWIN if anyone decides to fly or bring a car to the rally.

i'm also open to any other options, but i do think we should have a RALLY somewhere next year.

thanks

I also would be happy to host. I can setup routes for all levels and great camp site options.

I would love to join too. AZ would be easier than Thunder Bay for me...might be a bit warmer too...these are desert racers after all right?

A recent great ride, from Madrid to Cabo de Gata Natural Park, stopping by in Úbeda, Baeza and Lagunas de Ruidera. 2200 km of spanish roads, incredible landscapes and food.

I added some rox risers to my already exsisting touratech risers (they were still a little low)

Is this too much? Feels great when standing and riding and im happy with it, but how much is too much?

I am 6'4 and without them, they feel a little low.

But Seriously

I think you're a candidate for lowered footpegs.

Lowering the pegs effectively raises the bars when standing without making them feel too high when sitting.

You can DIY the project or go here:
