Question Boano Windscreens

Hi Guys

Any of you have any experiency with the Boano kevlar windscreens from Ruggedroads? pictures please
I have both the MRA Vario screen and the touratech/Powerbronce and the MRA makes to much noise in my Arai tourX/XD4 helmet. The powerbronce makes both noise and vibrations.
MRA

Powerbronce

I am about 184 cm and drive with the "high" seat

Hope you guys are able to help it is realy annoying not being able to enjoy the rides on the african
Please post pictures if you have some other good solution

I just sold my Boano carbon/kevlar screen. It was ok..looked ok too but the protection did not meet my expectations when comparing it to my MRA touring screen. See this post for pics. 12196

MRA has a new and very nicely designed wind deflector. It's similar to your Vario model but much taller and had much more adjustment.

I just installed one. It will bolt up using the existing holes for the Vario.

Give it a look.

No promises since your size, riding position and sensitivity to vibes and noise are very individual.

Screens are pretty much a trial-and-error process. I think most of us have at least 2 hanging on nails in the shop.

Thanks. . That helped fund my new Pivot Pegz which I put on today. They are sweet.
Papa Pete is indeed a nice guy. He and I tested the load capacity of my AT riding 2 up across Barcelona a few years back. Neither of us are small guys.

Have a great trip.

Please mind that there are still quite a few people (me including) who refuse to access facebook and as a result won't be able to follow despite great interest.

I've got an older Schuberth...so it's always loud which is why I wear ear plugs. As I mentioned already an MRA screen is a bit wider and taller so obviously it is going to work better. You may like the Boano and i suppose it depends alot on your height and helmet.

I thought it was all the voices in your head egging you on for a cigar and coffee break.

Maybe I should just go for an open face helmet and install a cup holder...no need to stop.
