There, that should clear things up....

Now I got it. Thanks for splainin so I could understand.

I've actually been thinking about taking a photography class. I see some of the most incredible things kayaking, biking, and walking thru the woods, but I SUCK at getting it to look right in pics.

Man, you can take a class if you want, but I can teach you almost everything you need to know to make pretty decent photos in one afternoon I bet.

That sounds like a plan. I'm looking at cameras right now. I'm wanting one I can easily pop out and use on the go. Once I get there, I'll take you up on that. Any suggestions on a good camera for not too much $$$.

It all depends on what you want to do with it. Do you want a SLR that can change lenses or do you want one that's compact and easy to use without having to carry extra lenses? Kind of get an idea of what you want and we can go from there. Or if you're still not sure, let me know what kind of shots you're after, sports, scenic, people, a little of everything...?

Matter of fact, if enough people here are interested, I could give a little ADV Rider photo course one day (or evening). And you too could shoot photos like this:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Olympus+...&skuId=9454191

I bought this camera a couple years ago, and carry it with me on the bike all the time. I have also had it 40 ft below the ocean. Waterproof, dust proof, shock proof and makes decent pictures.

I'm in!!!!

I bought this one to use on the bike:

Waterproof (down to 10 feet), dust proof, etc. Fits in a pocket, rounded design makes it quick and easy to get out. I also hang it on a lanyard around my neck so i don't drop it while moving... I think I paid about $170+/- for it @ the best buy... (now it is on sale for MUCH less) http://www.bestbuy.com/site/FUJIFILM...1&st=Fuji%20WP

Okay

Since a few people seem to be interested in the photo thingey, I'm going to start a new thread for this subject.
