The key was that the Chargers aren't very good. They are old and slow at too many key positions, and they operate like the rudderless ship they are.

I was concerned, as they were coming off a bye week. That is a real plus in the NFL. But yep they are old slow and don't seem very committed.

He'll be in little Danny Snyder's office in DC working up a contract, right after he leaves JerryWorld. Best offer gets him. Look for him to be coaching in either DC or JerryWorld by week 10 of the regular season.

Unless of course, Nashville comes up with a better offer.
