I won't be watching this one because the Broncos are so pathetic that the game didn't sell out.
Unfortunately, I tend to agree with you.

Greco, a kudo to you for caring even when your team's not very good and your opponent is even worse.

My two favorite teams are the Broncos and whoever is playing the Raiders.

If you grew up in Bronco Orange you know that the Broncos season will be a success if they sweep the Raiders. It's really all I care about with regard to this dismal team.

At least the Broncos are still shown on TV in the local market.

Thank you. I have no delusions that Mini Me can take this rag tag bunch of misfits and make them a SuperBowl contender overnight, but I do see glimmers of hope.

And I REALLY hate the Raidahs...

ESPN is reporting that Al Davis has banned Rich Gannon from the Raider complex because of some derogatory comments he made over the years as a CBS TV guy. Of course, just to piss off Al, CBS has assigned Gannon to do the game on Sunday. This could be the best action of the weekend now that Shanahan won't be there to glare at Al for the entire afternoon.

Raiders spokesman John Herrera's comments were juvenile, malicious and undignified. They demeaned the franchise.

In a way, how he responded is what is wrong with the Raiders' management and ownership. Petty, vindictive, no class.

And it starts at the top.

Some of my favorite tv moments were during the Marcus Allen years in KC... after every good play by Allen, they'd pan to the luxury box for a view of the expression on Al's face. Priceless.

I watched Orton choke in every big game during his college career. He'll choke again.

Raiders sweep.
