What Duke said! DAYUMM! I'm presuming that's the 525, and not the 380?

It had no fuel when I went to get it, I heard it run for a minute before the float bowl was empty. I put premix in when I got home, and took a very short ride around a very short block.
Ran strong like mule.

No indication anything was wrong. I took it to have a kickstarter pawl and spring replaced - spend a few bucks, make it right kinda deal.

Then the next day the phone rang....

Not completely sure yet - I don't have to, but I didn't plan on spending that kind of money right now.
I put that one thing in Rockies FM because a fast handful of dollars (IMO) beats dickin' around with it. Parting a bike and selling it in pieces on ebay, craigslist, etc just sounds like a huge pain in the ass that would take forever to get through.
If someone were interested in making it a project, I'd cut a quick & painless deal and start over with another bike.

I do have a good friend with connections that's offered to see if he can get cases cheap from KTM USA. Long shot, but if he does I'll put together a nice 380 and hang onto it, which is my preference if it can be done without breaking the bank. I have all winter, there's no hurry.

PUI post. I'm getting a bit frustrated with my doc, it's been 3 weeks now that he hasn't renewed tha subscription for my Albutural, Pro air....I've got athma, sometimes kinda bad, and when tha fires-especially tha 4 mile- were in Bldr where I work, tha smoke was blowing direct to where I work. I tried to get my subscription renewed then for a ride, no luck. ...I've used up my spares.

I can't get to see my doc to renew(he's on vacation), So now I'm on Primatine mist, an over tha counter help...but it screws with me a bit.

Primatine makes me a bit nervous, and I can feel my heart race a bit when I take it, and I can't sleep. I've tried watching golf, truly exhausting to tha situation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NaHzdKOtDPs
So now I've turned to old spaghetti westerns and Al.

Anybody got tha same situation?

Thanks, Rick

I've got asthma, so I can relate to the anxiety of not having the meds to treat it with. With my healthcare, if my doc isn't available, they just give me an appointment with whoever is. I have also been able to renew over the phone by calling my clinic, kinda a one time deal to get me to my next appointment. There's always a visit to your urgent care clinic, but that my cost you a bit more depending on your insurance (or lack thereof) good luck. Primatene gives me tha shakes too, it's epinephrine, after all.

There ought to be a backup for your doc if you page the emergency line. Rescue inhalers gone = emergency.

Sorry to hear! Hope you can find a solution that won't cost ya too much.

Time to get off my fat 'ol arse today, and finish stripping down Sexi-Suzi, before it gets too damm cold to work outside.......... The worse the Broncos play, the more time will get invested.

I got smart enough this time 'round, to plug the wiring harness back into each component as it comes off the frame. YES, I have the factory service manual, with the wiring diagram in it, but it'll go back together a lot faster, and greasy fangers will spend less time staining pages on a 25-year old book......
