Blake buys something. Makes it perfect. Enjoys a ride on it.. and looks for the next bike in need.

Can I change my guess to "the next two weeks"?

Now if we could only figure out a way to change Blake's hobby to "fixing other peoples bikes in need" we'd all score big time

Hmmmm... maybe Blake's next find will be a DRZ400E in need of attention, get it plated and cleaned up, then... sell it to me

I've been talking price with this guy.... and we may have come to terms.
http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=820546

I need a plated bike for an upcoming Fall trip to Moab and a Feb trip to Baja.
I had a '95 LC4 Super Competition 400 when I lived in Las Vegas and liked it a lot.
DR350SE, DR650, and DRZ400S have all crossed the radar screen, as cheap and capable bikes. The 630 was excellent, but it was 330lbs before you topped off that huge tank. I miss riding the stuff the 525 was so good at.

Two inexpensive (paid for), smaller play bikes to replace the big one I still owed a few bucks on.

I''ve seen the cops on the 14's quite a bit in Golden on 93 and on I70 running up and down the mountain from Golden to Genesee Park.

I wonder what that setup costs in tax dollars vs. the harleys?

They are running them here in NM as well, and they love them. Maintenance costs will be less, Save a lot on loctite as well.
