for you, have a great day. Lots of fun out there. My son and I were down there last weekend. Had a great time. Him and I are going to ride the bench road Saturday. Bronco game Sunday night

Need to get me a trailer for the little bike to hit Fruita. The boys of the Wolf Pack had me drooling over their antics yesterday.

Apparently the northern contingent has been slacking. Post up here: Fort Collins Beer Night and propose a date. I would be up for a night next week...maybe Tuesday? Maybe at Fort Collins Brewery?

I started up it... Holy heck the ground is soft & loose. Went over the first hump and looked at the climb to the second (and the pending fall to my death) and spent the next 10 minutes pirouetting my bike around on a 12" wide ridge

No thanks!

Makes for a nice mental picture

You guys getting lots of snow up in the Mountains or is it still rideable? Heading thru to Moab in a few days to ride for a week and a half. Any chance of Telluride/Ouray riding, or is that long since gone?

NoCo Trails

I called the Roosevelt Forest Service office today and confirmed that the following roads are all open until Dec.1st or until weather dictates otherwise. They only close based on weather if it threatens erosion of the road/trails. Here are the ones I asked specifically about:

FSR 128, 153, and 153c all on/near Storm Mtn. "153 is open on both the east and west sides" according to the office.
Moody Hill and Crystal Mtn
Pole Hill Rd

It is currently raining up on Storm Mtn and quite chilly but no snow yet! So glad I planned to ride this weekend I'll be out on Storm Mtn regardless of weather this weekend (assuming I get the bike back from the shop). I'll venture farther if not too terribly nasty out.
