Blake, I'm in the middle of watching the movie Trainspotting right now. You are to bikes what Ewan Macgregor was to heroin in that film. I would suggest that a KLR would be similar to the methadone that you so clearly need. . Just sayin...

The 310 was an awesome little dirtbike....but it wasn't made to do a lot of pavement miles, and if I'm going to relegate myself to just one bike for the foreseeable future - it needs to be roadworthy and able to do the kind of rides I really enjoy doing....Baja, Death Valley, WRT, exploring Colorado.

What's that thing on the handle bars in the blue hoodie just to the right of the kid in a headlock?

It's either an infant, a doll or a monkey!
It's a kid standing between the two bikes. Follow his body down below the handlebars and you see his feet on the ground.

Haven't seen anything posted here about our own Ned's great showing going on at the Tuareg Rally and feel he should get more air time. He's at approx 2:30 in the vid above and the fully rally coverage is going on over here:

This opens so many doors for Ned.

We just learned that Touratech sponsored rider, Ned Suesse, is leading this year's Tuareg Rally! Ned, who was in 3rd place overall at the start of today's stage, was only three minutes behind the 2nd placed rider.
Having finished Stage 5 ahead of all the other riders, and with a comfortable margin over the next bike - more than three minutes - it seems that Ned has not only won today's stage, but is now leading the 2013 Tuareg Rally!

Charlie came by this afternoon and rode away on a sweet R100RS.

Tomorrow I'll go get Marc and bring him down to pick up his new two wheeler.

and.... we'll head over to Schomp BMW and pick up Jeanne's next ride
I let the cat out of the bag with a few of you who I didn't really want to think I was a complete nutcase... though I'm sure that horse has left the barn

SWEET You are no more of a nut case than I am.

It needs bar risers.

I even might have room for the new 2 wheeler now.

Marc

Nice! Does it have the XDrive? Looks like it from what I can see the badge is there on the front quarter panel.
