Kind of a technicallity. I went to the Mill after grabbing a couple shots for some other games. When I turned the camera on, it turned right back off with a nice little battery low warning. So yes the shot is technically a file photo, but I did go there today. If you wish I can retract the grab?

I view it this way. How does one police file photos (aside from my bike have a different screen on it is the two shots)? You usually can't so it is an honor system tyope thing. People can post any file photo they wish and none of us will be the wiser. I, speaking for myself, will only use a file photo if I actually go to the location in question and for some reason am prevented from taking the shot. Like I said, if there is objection I will retract the tag.
