Laugh Ah Yes!

Back to the tag game. Good grab and better new tag. A jeep with no doors would have been accepted.

I be a lookin!

Tomorrow I am buying a diesel ford (used) with a contractors compartment body on it. I will be putting an aluminum flatbed on. does that count?

David

I was looking more for something that still has the essence of the original design obvious, but if no one can find anything a before and after pic of yours will do.

Grabbed?

A VW van converted into a flatbed delivery truck. Diamond plate and all in the bed. Sides even fold down.

Nice find but that's not a conversion. That's a VW type 2 pickup.

What about a train car converted to a used car sales office? Would that satisfy the requirement?

You are dating yourself, youngster.
That is a factory production VW pick up truck from the 60's. The diamond plate was not original but the rest of truck is, and looks well restored.

Is it a vehicle? Yes. Has it been converted from its original use to some other use? Yes. Does satisfy the requirement? Yes.
Go get a picture of it.

And you're dating yourself a bit as well sir.
Totally missed the first critical observation.

I believe that would be it. I was just about to go get one of those myself. Nice tagging.

Awesome tag! A railroad car never occurred to me. A couple of years ago, I found a boxcar converted into a covered bridge, very cool.

Anyway, what's next?

New Tag

What I am looking for is a metal farm animal. Basically someone with a welder, scrap metal and time who made an attempt at farm art.

I have a home made barnyard animal. Unfortunately, it's only a giant black cock. Still, not the most common thing, especially in CT,

Here's another picture of the property.

And the storefront.

And I'd like the new tag to be a big pavilion. I'd like to see something decent, not some broken down lawn ornament.
