As much as I like the smaller DS bikes I really need one that'll handle distance rides and have the ability to load up some gear...someone needs to make a 450 and put it in a frame that's designed to carry some weight. I'm on the fence about test riding a 2001 KTM 640a with Ralleye mods down in SC...this bike is set up for the TAT and has apparently done about a thousand miles of it.
I think to find something that would truly qualify as a usable dual sport, you're almost going to have to look at KTM, Husaberg or maybe the Aprilia 550, if that's still available and if it's street legal. For something requiring minimal mods, that is.

Point of order: Doesn't your bike need to be in the picture of the tagged item(s)? If the tag is two bikes of the same model, then, ideally, there would be three bikes in the picture.

I'm ok with it.

I thought I might be called on the dual sport statement, adventure bike I guess would have been a better description. Just don't tell my wife.

218# including e-start, FI and street legal. I wonder how light they could have gotten it if they'd gone with a 200 2S and no e-start. 190-ish?

So is 1/4 the new tag? If so, consider it grabbed. I was hungry for some Sonic...

So I got a quarter pound toaster...

New Tag!

New Tag. Show me a train station.

This is the Southern Pines NC Welcome Center and Train Station, built in 1898 and still active today.
