Here is my 1974Suzuki RL250 trials bike how it looked when I bought it in January 2008

And here is how it looked last week after a complete restoration this winter. I used it in Trials events in 2008, moved to a modern Sherco for 2009 and 2010, and will be back to vintage this year.

Here's my 1979 Suzuki TS 250 finding a good use for the remaining snow patches today - a perfect kickstand.

I googled Simplex and there's lots of info.
There is a drum on the rear wheel and it is actutated by a rod and pedal on the right side.

I was digging through some pictures today and came upon this taken about 1964. Yes the forks were red when I bought it and no I don't want to talk about it! Note the rattail comb. My goodness. That means I did have hair once.
