MY BABY, 1947 XB33 BSA first ride today !!!

she runs pretty good ! a few things to sus out but it was grate ride throughout the valley here and cruised downtown.put about 25 mile on her i figger
pics of how she looks now i call it a patina restore.i plan to beat a panel/cover for the battery. edit : oh yeah, she started first kick !

^^^ Baddass BSA fer sure. The front fender mounting brace and the subtle fender flare along with the fishtail pipe -- priceless. Nice look.

thanks for the thumbs ups dudes.the fender bracket piece up front as well as the taillight and plate bracket are some trick surpluss aicraft control bits of some kind.of course all the fender bolts/screws are aircraft titanium with 12 point or directional phillips .i love that sttuff !!

i never have soiled my shorts riding or racing,but i sure had the oportunity !!
yeah it leaks a bit,just enough to be messy, and i just dont want any oil on the rear tire
battery cover is really all im looking to do.that and get a regulator so i can run the generator.cheers,kenny

thats a real clean xl !! i had a 72 xl250 and got it when i was 15 in 1973,i rode it to school then latr stripped it down and got many trophies racing mx and enduros with it.sweet rides they are !!
