Ossa ISDT Replica. same tank as yours, but white with red. i bought it new because i was tired of coming off my Yamaha CT2 when the shocks pumped up. the Ossa had two problems: the Spanish Amal carb not only blew gas into the [cute little] air filter, but it was way too rich or something. i spent a lot of time fiddling with the fuel/oil ratio and special spark plugs... i can't remember how i eventually fixed it. the other problem was that the shocks were way too soft, even for my 55kg. but the frame geometry was so right, the bike just tracked on straight even with the rear end bouncing around. |
