1978 Honda CB400T Type II Hawk
My dad bought it new and used it to commute to work on. It sat with ~10K on the clock from '88 until I got it running again in college, around '99. I learned to ride on it then, went back and forth to class on it. It sat again for a while, but I have it going again and just need to rejet it, put some new rubber on it, and get the title so I can tag it. I recently added the MAC exhaust and the dirt track bars.
There is a dent in the tank (not really visible in the picture) from the first time I dropped a bike...I was a kid, about 10 I think, jumping on the kickstarter and it fell on me |

1970 Norton Commando 750.
My father's daily ride. Bought in 1971. Me sitting on it and looking dork-ish. ![]() I really, really think it would look better with a round headlight. Yes? No? Goddamn I need to lose weight.

You should see the dry rot on the front tire. It's at least 15 years old. Yes, his life insurance is paid up.

If the tubes aren't too rusty and pitted, try filling the pits with silver solder. Of course, handle any rough edges.
