How bout this...... I have a 95 VFR750 for sale. 33K miles on it. Runs fine but will need tires and possibly a chain. (stiff links) Aftermarket goodies- Race Tech cartridge emulators and springs CBR 929 shock Braided brake lines Two Brothers slip on Dynojet kit and K&N filter Sargent seat Givi Wingrack I could possibly include an almost new Wolfman tankbag and the Givi E21's side cases if it works out. It's been a great bike and taken me on many great rides but it's time to move on. If I had to assign a dollar value to it I'd say.....$2600 Ideally what I'd like to do is part trade for your pre-08 KLR650. (sorry, no Dr's or XL's) Only other trade I'd consider is a KTM 640 Adventure but I doubt that will ever happen for $2600. The perfect scenario for me would be your cosmetically challenged but functional KLR and $1000 cash in exchange for the VFR. The bike is near Minneapolis, MN ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Trade for a Street Bike
I have a great 17 year old son who is leaving to join the Navy in August and would like to have a street bike to go with him. On his radar is something along the lines of a Buell Blast or GS500.
Well, to be honest, on his radar is a Buell XB12R, but we're not gonna go there What we have to trade is a 1997 DR350 (13,300 miles to go up a little here and there with the weather) and an 1983 XR200 (sitting in a barn right now). ![]()

As a former Marine, please heed my advice: wait until he has a permanent duty station. It's not going to do a lot of good to ave the street bike unless it's to ride between now and when he leaves. Shipping stuff in the fleet is a pain in the ass and won't endear him to his (navy equivalent of a platoon sergeant).
God luck to him. Hope he chose a good rate.
