Speaking of Pontiac...
Growing up with a father who had one of these when he was younger

and a best friend who drove one of these in high school

Will most likely lead to this

Only the US version will be an acura and get the buck tooth grill I'm sure.

I like station wagons
here are some more
Some of which I don't like at all.

I've seen one or two of the Dangel 505s for sale in the states. Usually in poor condition. God those were great station wagons.

My uncle bought a 405 diesel in response to the first oil crisis. He told me when it got down to 1/4 tank, he'd drive down to Tijuana and fill it up for something like 75. Being somewhat of a connoisseur of the road trip and having plenty of free time, twice he kept going. All the way to Costa Rica. Where a buddy of his had a house and a 44' Carver.

I prefer its half-brother, the Citroen C5 Tourer, if only for the trick suspension. Would never buy a used Tourer, though.

Anybody remember these? My dad had one way back then, a 1974 Renault R12 wagon. It was orange. It was the first car I ever drove (illegally) on the street. I must have been 11 or 12, my dad let me take over on some back roads. I took a 35 mph corner at 55 and tipped over the 5 gallon can of gas in the back... It was a while before he let me drive again.

Borat rode in one to that airport in Kazikstan. I think his was a Dacia though.
And it was pulled by an ox.
