Yup...

One of our customers just traded in her X3 and picked up a brand new pretty-well loaded 9-3 wagon for $19k

The mechanical/wear-and-tear items & accident prone areas should be available for a while... at least as long as you'll have one...

From what I understand things like key blanks and interior non-wear stuff like mouldings will be the hard things to come by OEM... But with the innerwebs mosts stuff shouldn't be too hard to track down used.. at least for the generation 9-5 we have...

If I had one of the new ones I'd be pretty worried.... and I live in part of New England which must be the Saab capital of North America... You see lots of them & there is a independent Saab shop 30 minutes away... heck.. most of the independent shops around here have a fair amount of experience with Saabs... but still... that new 9-5 is going to be a challenge to keep going....and warranty??... I don't know how that is going to work...

After years and years of Euro wheels, (incl. 4 Volvos) we went with a ecoboost Flex recently. It is a frigg'n rocket.

It's not a SUV
It's not a COV
It's not a Sedan

Yupp, it's a wagon in any sense.

A wagon doing wagony things.

While ice may look slippery at first,

I assure, you it's not. That crash was from trying to transition from boots on ice to screws on ice.

I like a homely girl: She's a 2007 Focus Wagon with a clutch.

My wife, soon-to-be-driving daughter and son all dislike her but her combination of fun, utility and economy far outweigh her uncomely exterior.
Going to look at one on Monday, using the term "man-up" when looking at a used station wagon seems silly at best.

I got me a wagon, basically a Golf GTi powertrain, it has been nicely tuned. still thinking upgrading the brakes to R32 spec might be on the cards

I am still contemplating a wagon or a cherokee (square back)
Gotta keep it under $5k
Volvo v70 wagon or cherokee 4.0.
Any issues with the volvo as long as the timing belt is changed every 60-75k?
