I won't be there as I'll be out of town on vacation, which is NOT usual.

I'm hungry already....although after reading the article about the woman who's goal is to reach 1000 lbs has curbed my enthusiasm.

Once again, if anyone has old issues of any dirt bike magazines they want to get rid of, I'll take em.

Bump for the Thursday, April 15th meet-up. If this weather holds I reckon I'll be on two wheels, which would mean maybe Mrs. Bones would bring the TV / DVD player.

I think we said we'd screen "Dust to Glory" in April...

And yeah, it's weird that the THIRD Thursday is only the 15th, but I double checked to be sure!

Hope to get a report on the maine trip.
Also on sunday the 18th. Scott at acme motorcycles is hosting a street bike and duel sport bike ride with live music and food. I'm planning on riding the old honda up and get it dirty. I also pulled route sheets off acme's web site of some good riding roads, some i know about and some i look to ride soon.

My wife calls it sanford & sons garage.
I'm in for thursday.
Got back from a three day ride in Western NC. East Tenn. and north Ga. Rode to Telico plains, Deals Gap, Cherohala Skyway, Brasstown Bald, Natahala Gorge, Fontana Dam, Lake Burton, lake Rabun, Clayton, Ga. Dillard, Ga. Highlands. Got home friday night. Saterday swap't bikes and rode to the Antique motorcycle swap meet at Denton farmpark, Then a trip down pekin road to rockingham. The 4 day total milage 944 miles.

accuweather.com actually used the word "beautiful" in their forecast for Charlotte today, so I'll be on two wheels. I'll try and get there a little early and grab that spot where we can park 7 or 8 bikes.

Another very pleasant evening with 10 or 12 folks making it to Hawthorne's. It was great to see SgtMke again, along with everyone else!

I'll work with Hawthorne's in advance and see if we can't be sure and get outside tables for the June meet-up. Next get-together is Thursday, June 17th.
