Joeybones, I hope you gave your scooter a good steam cleaning after that trip. I ruined a FZ-1 in 02 by riding it on the beach in Baja and not washing it off right after a stunt similar to yours. It don't take the salt long to reek havovk on everything on a bike.Look forward to seeing everyone thursday. Just got my 05 FZ back on the road last week. Here is a picture of it.

Looks like I'm going to miss another one. Work has been getting their money's worth out of me lately and because of that my travel schedual really sucks, although some days suck a little less than others....

Nope, unfortunately no bike to take pictures of on this trip.

As for Sunday, I sure would like to get out but after being gone so much I may not be able to swing it. Between the kids football games and the honey-do-list there's a good chance the only thing I'll get to ride this weekend will be the lawn mower. I'm still a solid "maybe" though but it will more than likely be a last minute call based on how the rest of the weekend shakes out.

I can't do Monday or Tuesday. I had planned for Saturday but can easily switch that to Sunday if needed. AM or PM works for me either day as long as I know in advance. The weather both days is gonna be perfect!

Let's talk about venue - we're going to attack the BPG Trails? We gotta figure out where to meet... I was only there once.

JMforPres - are you in? I think you should be in.

Venue-Doesn't matter to me, probably BPG trails, we can probably just meet up at 16/485 interchange.
If it is just us we can stay local if you want.
PM is better for me, lets say meet at high noon?

We were all there by the time you posted - and we cleared out around 8 or 8:30 I guess, which was a little earlier than usual.

Ok - here's the deal for riding this weekend:

- First off, I screwed up in an earlier post and wrote "Saturday the 21st". Oops.

- Second off, what seems to work is SUNDAY the 21st at Noon to ride the Lake Wylie area power lines. JMforPres is picking up a DRZ400 on Saturday and needs to break it in. Augiedog and HarryHammer may come along as well. We are all hoping that Pieeye can make it...

So we'll meet at High Noon Sunday at the smaller of the two gas stations on Rt. 49 just on the SC side of the bridge over Lake Wylie.

Sorry I missed you guys. Duty called at work - but i'm thankful to be employed

No new dual sport added back to my collection yet, but apparently that should change or i'm going to continue to miss out.
