I was thinking of doing a little on-road ride tomorrow.

What did you have in mind?

I would be in for a 9 or 10 o'clock breakfast, and then go find some twisties.

Where are we riding next weekend? This little bike absolutely begged me to bring her home. It's just like riding my old XR350R except way better. Perfect bike for someone like me who sucks at riding off road but likes riding off road anyway.

Looks like fun. Is that a 400?

Nope, plated XR250R. It seems like it probably has about 3k miles on it, tops.

Excellent.......I had a XR200R many years ago and loved that bike.

Your 250 should be a lot of fun

Sorry about that, still getting used to the whole forum thing. Cousin and I ended up going out to the Gifford Pinchot forest and did a little bit around there. Lots of nice puddles, got real muddy! It started to snow on us so we headed back early.

I'm pretty new to off-road and would love to catch you guys on a group ride. Not familiar with where to go yet so it's probably best I don't organize.

That's OK, I still got in 200+, and didn't have to ride in the snow.

I'd like to ride off-road in the coast range this weekend, either day should be fine.

If nobody is interested, I will be at Rocky Point on my mountian bike.

Maybe, but it will be pretty tame for me...

In, especially if the forecast holds.

I might truck it out there though... (I'm running the original tires from 2002, and they are not DOT legal nor particularly inspiring on the street... It's a long highway ride from NoPo.)
