I like it! The wood really breaks up the blank wall and off sets the contrast of the set and wall.

Current project... Trying to figure it out in a way that my 8th graders can copy without to much fuss (or help from me...). The class it's for is called "Engines and Metals 2".



























and the current status:





It's an air engine- works like a steam engine but you just hook it up to compressed air. Plan on several changes to the ones my students will make... But I *think* I can get this one to work. My goal is to have a working engine made WITHOUT machine tools, other than a drill press and a welder. Everything else has to be hand tools I have in the shop, so it's going to have to be able to run without much by way of tight tolerances...

Designed a flag mount for the Tiger to use on Patriot Guard Rider missions.




And printed it out on a Stratasys 3D printer in black ABS plastic.
