Bike rack

Made a rack for my mountain bike. 4 bolts into the existing flat rack, a single adjustable post that holds the seat post of the bicycle, then tie the handlebars down as you see fit. :) Oh yeah, made that hard case mount also. Cheap (but waterproof) $10 Wal-Mart "ammo boxes".

Do we need the obligatory KLR bashing "the mountain bike is worth more than the motorbike" statement?

Looks good, I like it!

I was thinking I would want a way to keep walking when the KLR broke down.

Just kidding. Looks great.

Mate of mine made this for me...

Starts out like this:

Remove from specialised crate

Open the lid...

Chimney pieces stored inside

Set up ready to burn!

Saturday I went to the local seafood farm/shop and picked up some live oysters and steamers (the only way to buy em, straight from the water!)

Busted out the bbq and got to work.

BBQ'd steamers, oysters on the half shell, and stuffed mushrooms (filled with onions, cream cheese, blue cheese, and of course BACON)

and the girlfriend made some homemade alfredo sauce, saute'd some asparagus, and rolls.

Fuck yes

Nice. Single class A, tube rectifier rig. I'm guessing around 15 watts?
Is that a JJ el-34?

Yep, yep and yep!

High and low inputs (JCM800/Champ), 1/2 power switch and effects loop too!

Bought this cheapo windshield off fleebay last year. It had these idiotic mounts that didn't line up with ANYTHING and hardware that was 4 sizes too small for any of the holes.

Here's what we're replacing.

Made it maybe 300 miles before the windshield cracked last year. Went another 2200 miles, still hasn't fallen all the way off, but I dug the bike out last night and figured it was time to do something about it.

Make some goofy shapes.

Add some channels for a little more strength.

Punch some holes.

Rivet 'em on.

There you go!
