That would be a '10, maybe '11. Italian motor, red PC valve cover. I think the '12's got the chinese mill. The white frame might place it '09 because the later ones were black. The date of the pic post is most likely the year of the bike.
Those are very nice bikes BTW. I have a '11 TE630, black frame, red valve cover, silver rims. It's a great bike.
