Wish I could make it Tom. We are riding to Sharptown for my family reunion. Next Saturday as of right now is my only known free day til the following Sunday but I will most likely be recovering from the bicycle ride that day.

Have you ever been hassled by Rangers at the canal. You are supposed to stay on designated roads, technically you not aloud to "off road". Been down there several times and have been told by many that Rangers will confiscate bike and fine you for not stay on designated roads. I might be up for a ride Sunday if you don't mind new blood.

Thanks

Brian

We pretty much stick to the designated roads Brian. And we are always happy to ride with noobs - we have all been noobs. Except maybe Hack.

I got em but they ain't installed yet. There's still some tread left on the current tires.

Well I must be feeling better today as I embarked on a phototagging mission this morning.

First, Delaware City to grab the DE tag:

Made the drop in a hurry on Rt 9 on the South side of the canal in case some other poor sap wanted to take advantage of the gorgeous weather today:

Then headed to Cecilton MD for the Delmar Tag:

..which I dropped off where I propose we meet on Sunday - 7:30AM - Breakfast followed by a canal ride.

Awesome Mickey

Yeah Tom I too was a noob at one point and time.

Started pretty young

First go-kart 1976 ish? Second from right. Hating the sun, looking through the steering wheel

First bike later that year. Thats me far left on my tippy toes on a huge QA50. Seat height maybe a whopping 18" after
Dad custom lowered the seat.

And the next year. A Yamaha 80. Don't let my buff arms intimidate you. My brother on his KE100

Fastforward a bit to 1983 and a few bikes later. Yamaha Enduro 100. PURPLE!! Please excuse my sexy white legs

and then last weekend

Sorry about the crappy pics but taking pics of pics is difficult.

Hat for MS Ride. Start your bid at 25 please and choose the style you like better. All proceeds will go to the MS Ride. I realize no one may want one but I thought what the heck, can't hurt to try. I will be having your name embroidered on the rear as well.

Random pics. I've gotten behind a bit.

Ford week at the track.

Obviously not a ford but like my first car except mine was black. '76 Camaro. He destroyed the transmission later in the day. Ooops

Nasty just nasty. Roush Mustang

How's about we meet at the Bohemia House in Ches. City for an early breakfast 7:30.

Then head down the canal in search of an appropriate sand box in which to play.
Look at me quoting my own message....

Who's in for Tomorrow's breakfast - 7:30 at Bohemia Cafe - Chesapeake City. Ride to play in the sand afterwards. But not for too long for me because I got something to do in the afternoon.

Do you get double post points for quoting your own post?
