Nfl 2014

The Super Bowl is over, congratulations to the Seahawks on a dominant season from the get go, and a more dominant championship game. I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot more of them and the division in general.......

Now it is time to get on with next year.

The draft is next up on the docket. Who will fill positions in the draft and who through free agency? Who pops out first?

No predictions yet.....I am still thinking on it. I'll update later.

The Browns, one year, really? New guy ; musta really needed a job to sign on there.

Peyton will pass his physical, throw all over the place in 2014 and then choke again.

Does Tebow get another shot?

Will Mark get a manly haircut in 2014? Will his team get better or will he stick to the formula?

Teams on the rise -

Panthers - Well coached, young, aggressive team with a dominant D

Colts - should be a strong play-off contender, need to strengthen a few positions

Teams that will fade -

Broncos - too much talk about who is going to retire prior to the SB, old team, old coach, old school

Patriots - needs to reboot/refresh the organization

Wild Cards -

Cardinals
Chiefs

A couple teams i'm not sold on yet.

Cardinals - Defense is stout and they aren't afraid of anybody. My concerns with Arizona is Palmer who's going to be 35 years old. How much longer does he play? When he's done they will be right back to where they started. Also Fitzgerald is getting long in the tooth and the running game isn't exactly gangbusters. I'm a Seahawk fan and they did beat us at home, so what do I know.

Eagles - Is Foles for real? Not sure. McCoy is awesome though. I just feel they are a trick play offense with a decent but not dominating defense. Lets face it, they barely backed into the playoffs and probably didn't deserve to be there. The Giants sucked last year, so we all know they will turn it around this season and nobody knows what Washington will bring to the table.

Chargers - They are the Chargers. Enough said. Denver and the Chiefs have to much for them right now.

Denver - They will win the AFC West and Peyton will pass for a million yards again, but its all a smoke screen. They are going to lose Decker and Moreno in the offseason and they have to play the NFC West this season. Sure they will go far into the playoffs and maybe even make it back to the Super Bowl, but for what? It'll be all by default due to a weak AFC.

Teams that will bounce back.

Falcons - Theres no way they can repeat last season with that many injuries. They have all the pieces to be good. Really good. Only problem Atlanta faces is they have Carolina and NO in their division. Thats a big hurtle.

Packers - Don't think for one minute that Rogers isn't loving the fact that he has Lacy running the rock now. Aaron hasn't had a weapon like that since he's been in Green Bay. If they can sure up the defense a little, the Packers could go this year. The Bears will give them some fits though.

Steelers - We haven't seen the last of them as it was evident last season. They started rolling towards the end and it seems they got their running game sorted out. A healthy line and they take that division,,,,,again.

Dolphins - I think this is the season they break though. I like Tannehill and I feel they'll bring in a few more weapons for him.

Cant wait to see how dumb I look after next season.

Cowboys:

Another stellar year for the 'boys, finishing below .500 and out of the playoffs, again.

All I want for GB in 2014 is for their defense to learn how to tackle, hit people and play with some 'fuck you'. In other words, play like Seattle's D.

If GB ever got a top 5, or even a top 10 defense, they'd be in the running for another title.

+1 on this. As long as Jerry Jones continues his lovefest with Romo, this is what you're gonna get.

The Colts caused a lot of problems for the top teams this year. If they get a little more consistent, they could go further next year.

Falcons are going to win the Superbowl this year.

A guy can hope can't he.

We did bring in some front office help, as Dimitroff can't seem to judge draft talent for O or D line. Hopefully we can get something in the way of a pass rush, and pick up a F/A for the O line and keep Matt on his feet this year.

We released Samuel and Nicholas freeing up 6.5 million in cap space. We have room to go after a name, just depends on what side of the ball he is going to be on.

Just staying healthy would go a long way for your cause.

Romo is not the Cowboy's problem.

Yeah, well I did that...and I even looked at it twice to be sure. It was in Caps...then posted like that again....grrrrrrr...

But hey, if it pisses you off, then I am happy about it.
