Hey Bert, what kind of saddle did you end up getting for the C14?

I haven't pulled the trigger yet, it's been too cold and wet here to ride for fun. I'm going to go with a Corbin, I don't like the shape of the Sargent, it's too much like the awful stock seat. I called Corbin today about the ride-in service and probably will go down to Hollister the last week of the month.

Try to test one first, the ones I've ridden have been way too firm and push you back into a pocket.

Some of the cops are complaining about the shape and rock hard foam.

The Heli Horizon ST bars are really sweet, I have a sample set on right now.

Figure out your bar position before you do the seat, the pressure position on legs or ass changes pretty dramatically with the risers.

Our drunken best ball foursome beat Tiger by 1 stroke yesterday.

My fat ass needs to be back in the seat.

I've had a Corbin on one of my earlier bikes, rock hard if it's the right shape is much better than too soft for long days in the saddle, and one of the reasons for the ride-in service is to try to get a good fit.

What did you do, whisper something about Elin and $100 million just as he was hitting his driver?

Direct downward pressure on the seat is what I'm adjusting to now, with the Heli bars, but little to no pressure on the wrists.

Let me know when you're passing through, who knows what will be bolted on the bike to check out by then.

We're playing the lake course at Olympic this week, it's all tweaked up for the Open next month.
Hope I can even find my ball in the 4" rough off the tees, not much chance of me hitting fairways that skinny.

Enjoy Olympic, bring an extra sleeve or three of Pro V1's.

Where do you live? If you're anywhere close to my route back from Hollister I could stop by to let you look at the Corbin.

No $50/dozen balls for me, unless I scoop them up out on the course, I use the specialty types called 'on sale' :loll

You can find quite a few of those on these nice courses, those guys never bother to look far for lost balls, which works out well for me.

Let me know when you're rolling through, it would be nice to check out my options for the seat, mine is still stock at 44k miles.

Should we know by Monday or Tuesday if Tiger suddenly has a need to spend some quality time with his kids instead of showing up at The Players?

Saw a guy in a Rickie Fowler outfit at the tournament Friday.

The Rickie Fowler look is reserved for the select few.

The full deal, from the hat to the shoes.

White and teal blue, among a bunch of old fat contractor types.

Second one I've seen in a few weeks, the last was 2 guys in the orange and lime green outfits.

Rickie Fowler is a visual migraine with the worst haircut since John Daly.

Payne Stewart knew how to stand out and did it with class.
