I've started baking bread a few weeks ago when I had a sudden hankering for my Mom's homemade bread. This was close:

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Simple-...ad/Detail.aspx

I don't follow it exactly (tablespoon of sugar instead of honey) but it comes out pretty good. I need to let it rise more before baking, but I'm impatient and want the warm heal slice.

This is my favorite...Not from allreceipes, but it's good. I use powdered milk instead of liquid, and I usually add some oatmeal. (reduce flour if you use oatmeal)

http://tammysrecipes.com/homemade_wheat_bread

I make it about once a month. Makes good samiches.

Not yeasted bread, but a staple here in NM.

Love fresh homemade tortillas with real butter, even if they aren't round...

You don't have a press? Makes it easy and makes them round.

I'm the only one here that likes them, though. The rest of the family would rather have those nasty dried corn preformed things you get in a box at the grocery store.

That's 100% bread.

I think I'll head out to the kitchen, get some flour and lard out, heat up a skillet....
