The $2,500 cost is due to the shipping costs. Have you ever shipped anything to/from China??

osteo, a bird told me the suits have arrived in the US and should be shipping out today or Monday.

Suspenders

A few people asked me about suspenders, logically since the revised pants now accept them.

They are specific to this suit, and will be available in July.

Nope, not kidding.

Could you imagine what it would cost if they tried to make it in the U.S.?

I have an idea....we should write a response to that question, with the list of reasons, an explanation that it is not for everyone, and a few smartass remarks to appeal to our (at least my) need to do so. Post it up. Then, we can check the post #, and every time we restart the circle, we can say "will someone please 1501 that guy?" Then we can laugh like hell.

Except it the same compulsion that KLR and DR riders have to come onto KTM forums and bag KTMs. No KTM rider ever goes near a KLR or DR forum because what would be the point unless they owned (or wanted to own) a KLR or DR?

Well I don't know that there is a single Gore-tex certified factory in the USA unless you know otherwise. Anytime you buy a Gore-Tex product it's probably made in another country as I'm thinking there are only 4 or so Gore-Tex certified plants in the world.
