The Mayan's didn't make it to see the Spanish. Mr. Anthropology here lol

They were gone before the Aztecs ruled the New World.

Olmec/Maya/Aztec

I stand corrected, my Anthropological Arechaelogy class was taken in the midst of a cloud of. . . .

It was a hodgepodge of Olmec/Mayan/Aztec and then a bit of Easter Island thrown in for good measure. . . .

Any other RTE planned? I made the one in March in Mt. Airy and then the Ural decided it had enough.

Just got the word today from work that we're taking off all of next week so I'm thinking of heading out to LF (maybe Dolly Sods) and doing a little winter camping/riding/campfire drinking!

Thinking of heading out there on Sunday more than likely and camping out for 2 nights probably. Anyone crazy enough to join me is welcome.

I'll be there in a couple of days. Truck fully loaded with hardware. Freezer full of ground Elk and Elk sausage. I have split a cord or two of wood in my life. Your not allergic to Labs are you? I can't go anywhere that he is not welcome.

You will be one day too late... Don't worry... with the forecast, you'll smell like ham.

What better way to go. Riding on the open road with your good buddy with you and a bottle of Bourbon in your hand!

Now if I only had a sidecar I could be on a bike.

Be aware all of the Monongahela NF campgrounds are closed for the winter.

At least that's what this pdf file says.
2012 Rec Site Info.

There are a couple of sites not in the campground along the road to Spruce Knob, not far from LF.

Stop by here on the way down and we'll make sure you can feed your hardware. And the Lab too - I put two deer in the freezer last week.
