If that user has zero posts, we may be able to do it, if he has some posts, we won't.

Furthermore, I've also learned that some people register, but never post, although they lurk without logging in. In fact, the other day, I had a guy with 1 post, registered in 2001 when the site first opened, and wanted his password reset..
