Las Vegas to Rio on DRZ 400s

Sick trip! you are diehards, this is the gnarliest ride I've ever heard of on an SM. Maybe someone did the dalton, but your the man!

I loved that little town and stayed there for over a month. Is Juanita's still open? nothing like a cold Pilson or imperial beer in the hot after noon.

Are those the same tires for the entire trip. Not sure if I missed that or what? Are they 160/60 and 120s? I've been eying them for a while but reports are they wear quickly.

BTW- LOVED reading this! Looking forward to some film footage post production.

This was cut using Final Cut Pro 7 on a Mac Pro Quad Core. The slick part was the G-Technologies, G-Speed ES 8TB eSATA RAID hard drives we had

Congrats! After reading this whole ride report I am left with one question.

When do we get to see it? As ADVr's, we would like to!

We don't have an easy way for everyone to watch it just yet... I'll post when we go to any more film festivals. At some point we may just post online for all too see, at which point I'll definitely post here as well.

DRZ is a great choice! Fairly cheap, fairly easy to work on, tons of aftermarket options, tons of mechanical info on thumpertalk.com.

I would do the trip again myself...
