Wow, that sounds like a great price... wish I could get it, but ..... 4k is about 1/6th what I made this year.. commission only sucks

Yeah, I think 4K is more then a fair price for it. I am just going to wait until spring and see what happens.

IMO, Good choice... I know it's costing you to let it sit but my guess is that you'll spend less on payments than you'll lose in selling right now.
