This is so true. There was a development that a friend of mine and I used to ride on and every now and then we'd come around a corner and somebody came in with a truck and just unloaded a bunch of garbage. It's ridiculous!!
I'd really like to catch someone in the act sometime so I could turn them in to the police and they'd get a heavy fine and forced to go clean up the area including the stuff that other people dumped.

Dahveed added some great gravel/paved roads from the areas west of Glen Rose toward Stephenville & south towards Walnut Springs so I went in & added even more paved stuff in those & surrounding areas.

Fossilized dinasaur tracks can be found in a river bed, just off a Farm to Market Road, west of Fort Hood. I can't remember the exact location... it's been too long ago.

Right off Table Rock Creek, but landowner is bit sensitive to tresspassing

My first visit to that location was actually in helicopter...

We chased the beast, to the high ground, then raced back to the Antelope Road area before the landowner got our number...

Possibly at Pidcoke on creek crossing of CR142 just off of FM116???

It seems that we've added so much data to the map that it is taking a long time to load and people are running into issues with each other.

I am testing using Google Chrome as a web browser to see if it is any better especially since Google Maps should be more native to that browser.

As I recall, the fossilized tracks were just west of FM 116, the road that follows the western boundary of Ft. Hood. As I look at Mapquest, the Cowhouse Creek location seems to be the one I visited.

Thanks... I enjoyed many of the roads in this thread about 35 years ago... on a couple of 2 cycle Suzukis...

This thread will have so much great information that inmates from other areas will be jealous...

There are a bunch of Dinosaur tracks West of Georgetown down in a riverbed. Obviously you need to wait for drier weather so the riverbed is exposed, you need to walk the riverbed a couple hundred yards to get to them.

So from a dry run through, the Google Chrome works much better with the Google Maps. Load time is way faster. Also, the line problem I was seeing in "Deep Down Road Erath CR194 & CR104" also remained until I went into edit mode and then cancelled and exited out. Now it seems to work fine in Chrome.

Firefox is crashing on me on a regular basis now so it seems like it is more of an issue with FireFox than the app itself.

It may be an non-chrome issue cause I see it too and I'm on Safari for Mac. I'll check and see if they have a chrome browser for Mac.

Not seen ones on Cowhouse, They are visible on Tablerock and Beehouse Cr right off the low water crossing. will try to get some pics one evening this week. Would like to see the ones on Cowhouse.
