There's lots of good artists in DFW. Randy Adams can be a hit or miss. He rocks but I have seen some of the other "artists" work from his shop and the results were questionable. Epic seems to be a good shop but I have yet to step foot in the place.

I got a bunch of work done at Pair 'o Dice but they are no more. Do some research, talk with the artists and look at their portfolios. Find someone that likes the same style as you do (Trust me, If their into the job it will be that much better). And most important, Please,please, make sure the place smells like a doctors office and not saddlebags after a days with one pair of socks.
