Was loving the snow all day long...

Now it's night and I'm realizing that it's not nearly as much fun if you don't have anyone to go play in it with.

You missed it I spent 15 min trying to get my wife's car up in the driveway and another 15 knocking snow off the sat dish.

It was a blast.

Yikes!

There are a ton of trees down over by my place, couldn't handle the weight of the snow. Did maybe that knock out the lines? Hope it gets fixed soon!

We just took my grandmother back home on Saturday.

That horrid ice storm they had in southwest Oklahoma a few weeks back knocked out the power to pretty much their area of the state.

Lots of broken trees.

Hope they're doin ok.

My wife, on the other hand, is at home (Grapevine) with the pets, in the dark. That's the problem.

If for some reason she needs something that she can't get, let us know.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRGGGGG. trying to go north on I35. Stuck in the same place for at least 30 minutes-so far. I'm on the south side of Waxahachie. Something is seriously fuxed up somewhere ahead...

I'd take a pic but all I can see from here are the three semis in front of me...

I'm coming back from San Antonio. I left Plano about 7:30 this morning... I'm ready to get out of this tin can...

Thanks for your concern, EG.

I think she'll be all right. With two cats and two dogs, I figure I'll find them all in a big, warm, snuggely pile when I get home tomorrow.

Hell, she got dressed, went outside, walked the dogs, helped the neighbor get his truck unstuck, and built a snowman in the backyard. And then called me to tell me how nice it was outside.

If she gets too cold, she can build a fire in the fireplace.
