With that said, if the bike is plated, could they really do anything anyway?

I'm sure they will make the laws stiff enough that they will fuck your world up if ya get caught!

When they were talking about the trail closures here at White Rock I heard everything to your bike being seized to $$$ to repair the trail you rode on to hefty fines! They will make it so you dont even want to chance getting caught.

Having a bike tagged wont help a bit of you get off the road and onto a closed trail.

I doubt the state park is closing. But, even with traffic from the drive and backpackers for the Ouachita Trail business will drastically decrease if dirt bikes and quads have no reason to stay there though.
