Can't wait...
Great photo viewing Roger. Looking forward to riding with you and others at the Kansas "Flint Hills Stampede". Perhaps "Little Dog" can ride along with Mark "BigDog" Sampson and film a documentary called "Little Dog on the Prairie".

That is great---I'm still grinning on that one thanks Thunderdog !!! I have a classic rock band---I'm BigDog of course on lead guitar--Bass player is BassDog---lead singer "LeadDog"----Drummer is "CrazyDog"-----and our sound man is "HoundDog". Sure is a lot of dogs runnin' roun'. In the mean time-----I talked to WindSprinter and I have been accumulating waypoints in Kansas for years of interesting stuff that all you Kansas fellas have probably been to----I've just been to some. I have over 120 right now of old bridges--stone arches--springs--waterfalls--historic things----neat little cafe's---ghost towns---worlds biggest ball of twine, lonely dirt roads---good riding areas-------etc. YOu get the idea. I'm soliciting help from maybe Ajayhawk fan and others to add to this waypoint file ----and send me stuff and I'll put it all together and share it. Maybe someone has already done this ??? Then I won't have to do nothing. Anyway-if you have something to add send it to bigdogg@wildblue.net By the way I don't do maps---just gps data. thanks !!! Mark BigDog

I could ride "back door" to ensure the "Little Dog" doesn't get blown over by those Kansas Prairie winds while posing for pictures .

Nice video, Roger.
I need to get back down that direction for a ride this year - it's unfortunate that our company gettogether has been scheduled on Stampede weekend the last few years.

You guys about have me hunting for another old KLR. I really made an error in selling my last one. Sigh! Now I have a choice, spend about 1200 bucks upgrading the suspension on my bandit or buying another older KLR.
Thanks for all the work on putting that together. Forget whom it was but someone did a writeup on Kansas following some of the pony express trail across there ,. plus stuff on the indians. I have never been bored going across Kansas. Just so many things to see on the back roads.

Kansas you say...
Shows that if you go a little slower and poke your nose down some obscure roads that there are interesting things to be found. Thanks for the effort to share Kansas with us.
