Looking good bubu - Kind of like your own 'home-made' RC30! Good luck with the racing.

Yesterdays run ...Because of continued bouts of rain and freezing temps ..we decided to call it a day at Crianlarich and head back down the lochside .... this is the nadgery, twisty section of the A82 from Crianlarich to Tarbet ...

At Tarbet Patrick pulled over to get some feeling back in his fingers ...

Our bikes at Tarbet ...

Where were you heading? Were you on your own or in a group? Saw quite a few bikes going through Callander.
If you spot us again, come over and say 'Hi' ..... always good to meet folk off the Forum .... in fact, the nice carbon R1 in the pics above belongs to 'Guccikins' / Mark off this forum who was joining us for the first time yesterday for a run.
(If you are reading this Mark - Good to meet you yesterday - hope to see you out with us again, but in better weather conditions .... sorry the run wasn't the one we were hoping to do thanks to the cold and rain!
Yeah was great to meet you guys. I had a great time even though the weather was mingin lol. Looking forward to joining you again and we get some better weather so we can head further. See ya soon, take care, Gucci.

Of course, as we got back to Glasgow the sun was shining and the roads dry .....just like how we left it earlier in the morning!
Stopped at the BP garage at Milton for a coffee and to soak up some warmth.....

Holy Moses

I'm pretty - no! - absolutely sure that this bike is worth more than I've earned in the last two years...
I can totally see why you put a plethora of crash pads on it!
It is a beauty, though, mind you!

I can also see where the nickname comes from.... Hehehe...
Cheers

Thanks pal.
No, they aren't in any order of preference.... Although the Ace is probably the one I'd like most. I still haven't ridden one yet...
From what I hear and read the RF900R must be a really great bike as well. I'll hopefully get to test one soon.
The TDM is an absolute burner as well, IMO.
I kinda like all the bikes on the list. Well, yeah, they wouldn't be on the list, if I didn't, I guess...
Let's see how this all develops.

Hope you're doing fine up there! Sending best wishes from rainy Valais...

Cheers! ..... back at you from an equally rainy Glasgow at the moment, ..... and yes, go for the Ace .... it has serious 'cool' factor. ...

End of last Sunday's run ..... following Stevie onto the Erskine Bridge and motorway .....

Btw - on the left of the middle pic above you can see the new 'suicide railings' - a fence to prevent folk hurling themselves off (this has been a favourite for location for suicides over recent years).... the bridge is 225ft high as you can see from the following pics taken whilst out cycling last Saturday ....

View from the bridge looking down to where the above pic was taken from ......

Bubu - We seem to have gone back to winter! Cold and wet again today. 6C ! ...... it was 22C back in March! Weather is crazy at the moment.

I'll tell Stevie he needs to paint his Kawa!

There are some signs of Spring ..... the swans on the canal have now got signets...
