Spotted my old Nighthawk at work today. The owner let me take it for a spin - sweet. Best sounding bike I ever had, but it was just too cramped for me to be comfortable riding on it.

It was my dream bike for several years and an '86 red white and blue one was going to be my first bike ten years ago. That deal fell through so I bought a new FZ1 instead. A few years later I ran across this Nighthawk on an engineer's day ride at work. Told the owner my first bike story at the end of our ride and he said this one is for sale.

I really loved most everything about the bike, but I had two other bikes that were more fun to ride. This one was cool to cruise on like the day I saw you out at Eagle Lake.

While at work today, someone on a very clean or new KLR (orange and silver) was leaving the Peal wal-mart parking lot. I could've sworn I saw a ADV stickie on his helmet.
